option to accept existing filename for themes and tv images #16

Both scripts ask for a filename, but many time the filename is already good, so in those cases, maybe just allow the user to hit Enter (i.e. provide a blank name) to accept the already existing filename.

For images, you'd still need the student number, and the z before the image name.
