I did this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3tmOVpiZ6A I am a Blender beginner and I was able to do it successfully BUT it assumes basic understanding of navigating around a bit. Also, he doesn't explain how to render or adjust lighting/camera, and he goes a bit fast in some parts. I think it would work well AFTER the sheep project.

This guy... sounds weird (bad music + the Hulk?), but the ball thing was kind of cool and quick to make (and very different than cute animals): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMpGmFNXSKI Again, you need to already know how to navigate around a bit, and there's no info about materials, rendering etc. So, could work post-sheep. He used a lot of fancy words that I didn't understand, but it didn't impact getting it done.
