Replacing meta_window with win fixed the issue #136, now the window events are beeing correct disconnected.

Function disconnect_workspace_signals now has a debug line.

The fix on dev-install is just a modification of the dev-install target. Wanted to send this with an own pull, just used github wrong. Hope you don't mind.

Thanks! I split this up slightly differently (and fixed up the whitespace while I'm at it) - hope that's OK.
