Any idea to generate VCF/VEP files from Whippet output files? #131

Hi there,

Have you tried to generate VCF/VEP files using Whippet output files or do you have any suggestions on this issue? You are greatly appreciated if anyone can provide their own solutions to this issue. Thanks very much.
