Hi

Do you have any Dockefile available for whippet?

Thank you in advance Foivos

Unfortunately not. I'm still not convinced it is necessary to be honest-- Installation is completely automated by the Julia package manager (e.g. similar to how you would install any R package)-- provided users download the correct version of Julia, which can be confusing at first glance since Julia v1.0 isn't yet supported. I have tried to improve the docs to be more explicit that Julia v0.6.4 is required, and the direct link to download it.

You aren't the first one to ask for a Dockerfile though, so I'd be open to someone making one, but I don't use docker, so it is unlikely that person will be me.

I created a pull request #77 that adds a Dockerfile with Whippet.jl version 0.11 and Julia version 0.6.4. For me, it works fine locally. The reason to have it in a container is that you can include it easier in a pipeline (in most cases with singularity).
