Creating annotation files #86

Hi,

How were the annotation files for refseq created / where were they taken from?

The transcript reference sequence identifiers lack veresion numbers and I would like to re-create the files so the version numbers are in place, and update their content with up-tp-date GRCH37 aligned data.

Hey @PeteCausey-Freeman, The refseq annotation file is in refflat format and is actually deprecated. So feel free to completely ignore that file, the current version of Whippet won't read it anyways. The other annotation files are GENCODE and have version numbers. Cheers, -t
