?If you play a movie and you try to load a state that isn't from the movie, you get an error message but it starts recording from now? #55

I added this as a potential problem that was fixed in fceu .18

However, I didn't really understand what it was as it has never happened to
me.  In my brief tests, I couldn't get it to happen with the newest FCEU
build, but I am worried I didn't do it properly.  So I am leaving it as an
issue.
