On the directory overrides menu, a directory override listing for Open Rom

Now that we have the 7z support, I think I'll add this.  I'd like to make my 
Goodgens
folder the default folder when I open a ROM.

I would be extra careful that it doesn't change the behavior of the dialog for 
people
who don't configure it. I believe Gens automatically moves the Open ROM dialog 
to
wherever the last ROM was loaded from, and I wouldn't want it to stop doing 
that.

(At least not by default, simply because I've gotten too used to it being this 
way
and probably so have other people.)

I agree.  If there is no override specified by the user, it should behave like 
normal.
