Speed throttle's not working #46

Trying to slow down or speed up isn't being completely ineffective. 
Fast-forward still works

The problem was caused by having this option checked: Options - Sound - Use Old
Synchronization.  Don't ask me why I had it on, I have no idea why, or what it 
even does.

Problem solved anyway.
