Enhance auto-fire #69

Is it possible that pressing one key to autofire as DeSmuMe and Snes9x do?
Some idea:
If Options->Auto-Fire and Option->Auto-Hold are unchecked, pressing the key to
auto-fire normally.
If Options->Auto-Fire is checked, pressing the key to cancel autofiring
temporarily.
If Options->Auto-Hold is checked, pressing the key to auto-fire normally. It's
useful when playing some games like Megaman Zero.

Why? Is there a reason to do these nonsenses such as "If Options->Auto-Fire and
Option->Auto-Hold are unchecked, pressing the key to auto-fire normally."?
