In the Palette Viewer, a way to change the backdrop color #90

I've been a long-time user of VBA-RR, and it's an amazing program all around.

This isn't an issue; rather, it's a polite request for a possible enhancement.

See, me and several other people from my online community like to assemble
screenshot maps from screen captures. To this end, it would be very useful to
have an easy way to control which color is displayed when the first layer, BG
0, is disabled, in order to easily remove it. Depending on the game, it can be
easy if that color is unique, or very annoying if other layers also use this
color for the actual graphics.

This color is always the very first palette entry of the background color
palette (address 0x05000000) but it's not easy to change unless you mess around
with the cheat search menu for a while. Also, I should point out, given that I
recently learned that VBA-RR has merged with VBA-M as of version 24, that VBA-M
1.8.0 svn947 did include such an option.

I have no idea how active development still is, but me and my mapper friends
(as well as graphic rippers I'm sure) would be thankful to see such an option
being included in future version of this emulator.
