Syncthing in the general portage tree? #2

The ebuild looks simple enough, and doesn't depend on anything other than dev-lang/go, which is already in portage. Is there something holding this ebuild back from being a standard part of Gentoo?

Just someone actually making the effort to make it part of the portage tree.
