I suggest that this document should include one or more appendices (or really extended FAQ responses) to address:

The relationship between A-cloud and Amazon customer accounts and identity management following the divestiture. This should include any shared services or joint initiatives such as payment handling and fraud detection and mitigation.
The principles that will be used when constructing the Privacy Policy and Cybersecurity Plan for A-cloud. (The policy and plan are out of scope.)

Other shared services that might be part of this account split:

mturk integration with Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth
Alexa (Alexa for business, Alexa Developer Account)

Doing this split would involve a bunch of weird corner cases. My intuition is that Alexa would stay on the Amazon side. But it'd be an interesting discussion.
