pat: Generalize anything-but #328

Quamina's anything-but only allows arrays of strings. Ruler's allows single patterns and also arrays of numbers. Quamina should be upgraded for compatibility. Fortunately this is not a breaking change, all existing anything-but patterns remain legal.
