Update SDK version to 4.4.0 #735

Feature Request

Motivation Behind Feature

Lottie is listed on Apple's list of requirements for third-party SDKs. Privacy Manifest support was addressed in version 4.4.0. https://developer.apple.com/support/third-party-SDK-requirements/

Feature Description

If this is not addressed, apps containing Lottie will not be able to be submitted to the AppStore beginning in the spring of 2024. For this purpose, we would like you to update the SDK version to 4.4.0.

@timbru31 I have verified that it works with my application and have had no problems.
