Does not upload 'hidden' files

Hello, the extension does not seem to upload 'hidden' files, i.e., files that on Unix starts with a dot.

More in detail, my .htaccess file is never uploaded by this extension.

Is there anything I might check?

I'm facing the same issue. +1 for including hidden files.
