Detect when a command was performed via keyboard shortcut versus the command list #303

For our event tracking, we'd like to know if users are utilizing the global keyboard shortcuts or just selecting commands from the list. Is there a way to detect in a command handler whether it was invoked via keyboard shortcut or not?
