So, proper LF, EIR and mosquito joint models are out. They probably wouldn't have worked.
But can take those data, fit a GP and use as a covariate. Same as in the point polygon paper. I guess this then falls into covariates not models. Could just take some LF surfaces from other papers if they exist, but through time is good.
