This should resolve #206 and #347

added handling of mailto: links with a subject, to, cc, bcc, ad body fields

currently only handles a single recipient for each of to, cc, bcc

added installing registry keys for registering a mailto: default protocol handler

this currently needs a manual selection of default Gmail-Desktop as default
