What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Powering up a PX4 together with the minimOSD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The OSD should boot and start presenting the live data panel overlay.
Instead, after a few seconds of boot up stuff it arrives at "Update Charset".
Every time.
After OSD hardware reset (using the button)it works fine (since the PX4 is
already up and transmitting).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PX4 on plane 2.76
OSD (3DR) hardware 1.1 firmware 2.0
3DR new telemetry radio set, 433MHz
Please provide any additional information below.
Same problem as reporded in issue 32, now re-occuring on the PX4 due to it´s
longer boot time.

The problem would easily be eliminated by increasing the OSD 5 second "waiting"
limit which is programmed in its firmware.
