Abuse banned players should be able to fight back if hit by victim #74

Description

As the title says you should be able to fight back as an abuse banned player if you get hit by the person you're banned on.

So if Folas1337 starts kill abusing timderspieler, Folas1337 shouldn't be able to hit timderspieler anymore for the allotted time but if timderspieler hits first, the ban should be lifted this one time until either of us die. If Folas1337 kills timderspieler again, Folas1337 gets the ban for the allotted time once more.

I personally don't think this needs a toggle cause it's a change for the better in every scenario but I'll leave that decision up to you. If you want, make it a boolean toggle.

Also we had the idea floating around that you could alternatively make both players not be able to fight each other for the duration. That would be an alternative solution although not the preferred by either me or my community.

I'm not using this plugin anymore so there's no need for this anymore from my end which is why I'll close this issue.
