I didn't use the default NX release scripts because I'm not used to them, and I like the semantic release package (and I didn't want to spend too much on time on this for now) 😅 I also renamed platform to ng-signal-forms.

we might want to add some additional tooling in the futures such as commitlint and prettier hooks. I like the setup Brandon has done in AnalogJs, but also happy to learn about what you guys have done in NgRx or at work or anything really :)
