Automated Readme Markdown #49

I wasn't a huge fan of the vitepress syntax in the github readme markdown. I played around with creating a script to parse the vitepress syntax and generate a pretty nice readme. Not perfect, yet, but it's in a pretty good spot.

This also uses the snippet capability of vitepress to pull from actual linted code. I'm a huge fan of this because I hate when there's broken code in documentation and this prevents that from ever happening.

I consider this PR to be in a draft state at the moment but will work on it more tomorrow.
