Feedback on non-matching sounds #19

Instead of emitting these symbol typo, it's better to give audio/visual feedback on these typos.

This is related to OpenVanilla/McBopomofo#94; we should have getting all the valid sounds on the 0th table but the current dataset does not give us this promise.

Maybe not checking the 5th tone is an acceptable solution since ㄓㄨㄜˊ for 著 is clearly a mistake?
