creating offers / requests when not a member of a group #122

someone accidentally left the main "time bank" group and then complained they couldn't create requests or offers. clicking on the 'new request' or offer button made the little progress indicator appear but then nothing would happen. after re-joining the group it worked fine. there should be a warning message in this case.
