Python version: 3.10>
Operating System: MacOS Sequoia 15.0

Description

Trying to run Timelink and Docker related functionality (kleio-server, Postgres) fail with Docker not running.

FileNotFoundError(2, 'No such file or directory')
RuntimeError: Docker is not running

If Docker is indeed running, check the settings, advanced and check the Allow the default Docker socket to be used checkbox.
