Collected as part of a larger study on speech recognition, this dataset looks at the brain response to voiced speech. A group of 10
participants were asked to say one of four directions (up, down, left, right) aloud, based on the direction of a triangle shown to them. The data was recorded at 1024Hz with 128 EEG channels. Each participant completed 50 instances in total, and each instance consists of a 3.5 second window around each event, starting 0.5 seconds before the prompt was shown. For the train-test split, the first 5 participants were used for train split and the latter 5 for the test split.
