No GUI for non-geek people #168

As the title says gopro-dashboard-overlay does not have a GUI. It is only a CLI application.

In order to use it you must be familiar with command line. Most people are not.

I am an Austrian Linux programmer and am enjoying the project so far (had some inconveniences that I fixed my self). I would be willing to implement the GUI. But need far more info/docs to do it.

How can I help here out?

Hiya! Yes you are right, no GUI at the moment... it does make it a little tricky to use for a wider audience.

I had some thoughts about a gui... which I could write down. What sort of thing were you thinking? I'm not sure that python would be the easiest language to use for that... hmmm.

I'd be very interested to hear also about the inconveniences you had, cos surely if they affected you, they will be affecting others too.

Ah I see using Gooey. I have heard of this. I'm interested to see how it looks and works, and how the dependencies work out. Thanks for this.
