Setup AWS #9

10/15/18: AWS is setup. Docker container not deployed yet.

10/16/18 (morning): Tried all day yesterday to deploy Docker container to AWS via ECS. No go. Tried new plan with Kubernetes. Too complicated. Attempted with a tutorial but didn't work either. So plan atm is database deployed to Amazon RDS then connect app to AWS EC2 instance. If that doesn't work, then try to deploy both to an AWS EC2 instance.
