Release that focusses on a single feature:

[x] total time should take into consideration the staging date
[x] per file time tracking #51
[ ] reset --staged to reset total timer and only remove staged blocks
[ ] hide some of the porcelain commands in the cli output
[ ] stage -A should remove existing staging markers

additionally, this may help in providing even more transparency

[x] more transparency before committing #52

bugs:

[ ] staged time is unstaged after uninstall& install

@advanderveer even though not everything was implemented, does the state so far permits to merge and release!?
