GENERAL:::
- Need a way to contact the family. We will discuss and update this section but we could have some radio buttons that make a distinction such as "questions", "providing information", "advertisement" etc.
- We will also want to aquire basic information such as email (required), name (required) , phone (optional)

- Will need a mysql database in the background to store this information as well.

Do you guys think we will need a captcha or is there some other type of security we can add around this to keep away the creepy crawleys.
