Hi, I am having a charging issue using external power banks. I had this problem initially on firmware 1.6.1, however I have updated to 1.7.0 Beta 6 and the problem still persists.
I have tested the views charging function on:
3x different USB ports on 2x computers - charges fine
3x different wall socket adapters and sockets - charges fine
in each of the above case I have tried 3x different cables, the view charges fine with all of them.
When I try to charge the view from an external li-ion power bank it does not register an external power source or charge?
I have 3 different power banks which i have tested:
All 3 charge my phones and camera with no problem
All 3 cables work charging the phones etc
The power banks have variable 5v/5.5v and 1A/2.4A sockets of which I have tried all combinations and cables with the view. Still no charging taking place
All the external batteries and the view are on >90% charge.
