Fix link to blog #4

I had to add http:// to the beginning of the web address to get the link to open properly. No idea why that's required, but ...

Since you asked, I'm doing the forest cover Kaggle competition. I used it as a chance to start playing with some htmlwidgets. I'll add more later, but there's a couple of rcdimple plots. Hope you like them!
