Load roms as Blumsx port or genesis gx etc, #12

Firts, thank you for your job and time. Your port it's very good and promising.
If you can and want I think that could be good to have an option to load roms 
like other emulators without screenshots open a file and play the game or 
execute de aplication like Bluemsx PC port.

We are planning on making a feature to add/remove games to/from the list using 
the game selection screen. This is not finished yet, but is 'scheduled' for 
V1.1.

So we won't make the feature as described
