4 years ago I am currently rewriting the majority of the code to clean things up and also to have some major feature changes. I’m aware of sitelen pona pona and actually would like for it to be used as default.

relevant to #15 , the keyboard as it stands is currently not very accessible. increasing the weight of the font would go a long way to making it more accessible for people. but linja pona is also not a very readable font, typographically speaking, so i would also suggest having an option to use sitelen pona pona for key labels instead
sitelen pona pona is a font designed to be very readable at small sizes, and it uses good typographical standards. it makes some minor alterations to how characters look so that they are more easily distinguishable.
along with the font weight suggestion in #15 and the color contrast suggestions in #18, i would definitely reccomend adding spp as an alternate font one can switch the key labels to (or even just switching the entire app over to sitelen pona pona, though i understand why someone might not want to do that, given the character alterations sitelen pona pona makes, however minor they may be)
