Update title config #100

After #84, the title config in sundaytimes.config.yaml is probably broken. What's needed is a better title config.

N.b., how Axis implements the whole ST approach to titles will need to be re-evaluated as we finish that style. I'm of the mind that graphics folks should probably just set fonts themselves for the moment.
