Automatic image updater doesn't work #473

What happened?

Repository is using older versions of the container images.

Did you expect to see something different?

I expect PRs to be created when there are new images for promscale or timescaledb.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Check values.yaml

Anything else we need to know?:

An attempt to fix this for promscale is in https://github.com/timescale/helm-charts/pull/471. TimescaleDB image is most likely not updated automatically as it follows a custom way of tag versioning.

This also affects tobs.

We most likely need to add a custom versioning information to renovate config - https://docs.renovatebot.com/modules/versioning/#using-a-custom-regex-versioning-scheme
