How to upgrade to a Chart that uses a different major version of postgres #597

I wish to upgrade the TimsescaleDB Chart from v0.10.0 to v0.33.1, but it uses timescaledb-ha pg14.6-ts2.9.1-p1, as opposed to the pg13.8-ts2.8.0-p1 set in mine.

I stumbled upon tianon/docker-postgres-upgrade, but i'm not quite sure on how to use it with Timescale and within k8s. This comment looks useful as well, but I was wondering if there is a more automatic way to upgrade Timescale Chart without manually build an image and run a job.

I'm really interrested with the response. I saw the latest timescaledb newsletter and the 2.10 is the latest version to support pg12
