.github/workflows/pr-validation.yaml has been deleted completely - my advice was to remove a specific step. If there is a concrete reason for deleting altogether, by all means delete it but please let's establish that my recommendation was not the reason. Thanks for expanding CODEOWNERS @cevian @jgpruitt @avthars

@thanasisk Yup. I never liked that check anyway :) easier to just remove for now. I confirm that this wasn't required by your recommendation
