goreleaser #14

Please use https://github.com/goreleaser/goreleaser for releasing so it can be easily used in cloud without golang or compiled in local machine and upload

Hi @k1ng440 , we do provide binary packages for Ubuntu / Debian / RHEL if you want to use those. The package is called timescaledb-tools, you'll need to add our 3rd party repo for it.

I can also look into goreleaser too.

It's not the same, but we have recently release a Docker image
