Update install instructions for modern go versions #241 #242

See the issue for the problem, here is a fix.

I am not a go-programmer, so I hope that this doesn't imply some huge difference I haven't yet encountered using tsbs. If so, I am deeply sorry and willing to learn, it just looked from the outside like nobody noticed it before.
