Better standard SQL integration - tooltips , completion, highlighting #32

user-rh writing standard SQL found:

  1. -- doesn't work as a comment
  2. When you hover over "key" even when querying standard SQL it shows kdb function definition.

These are just 2 obvious symtpoms. Many more......
