6 months ago I can easily and reasonably see allowing "copy" to clipboard then paste from clipboard. Main issue would be:
- Paste - Can ctrl+V be made to work or would they have to click a paste button.
- Is there a better paradigm? Rather than copy pasting "similar tables" should dashboards reference a panel template? Though I've always found that method a little confusing.

"copying elements: I think it would be useful to be able to copy single elements. I am not sure if that's possible and I just couldn't figure it out or if it's not enabled. For example, in your demo, when you copy the real time dashboard to create a historical dashboard you copy the whole dashboard, but sometimes traders have a dashboard with similar tables just a different dataset. Would be handy to be able to copy a table with all its settings."
