Improve automatic chart layout margin spacing

Few common problems:

• When adding many charts the spacing is wrong and the x-axis label isn't shown.
• Chart titles are ontop of chart and always need 33% spacing.
• Chart legend and title overlap

Can this and other common scenarios be detected and automatically fixed?
