Apache auth still shows login button. #242

Can we get rid of the login button? Having a login means there’s potential for other forms of authentication, if there’s no login I don’t have to justify, and I also don’t have to have a logout (spoiler alert the current logout doesn’t work)

This is while using the apache authentication mechanism.

No login button shown when SET AUTH_PROXY_ENABLED=true
