ECHarts candle margin too small and can't change #256

echarts-for-react/Candle chart, we can't play around with left margin, which is painful as Y axis left data gets cropped inside the echarts when too long (> 5 char). Same for volumes Y axis left below the candle chart. Also doesn't allow for X axis formatting.
