Form slider Resolution Customised #262

Many users use sliders a lot. Currently they can only set min/max and the step is autoconfigured. THis means if they set a large range, they can't slide small steps. This should be configurable else it's unusable for many scenarios. The slider is prefereable to numeric inputs as it prevents fat finger mistakes.
