Pie Chart customization #274

I can’t change the colour of the slices in pie chart. The other chart types work, just pie having issue: Also the Title doesn’t seem to work for pie chart:

The coloring of pie charts is very different to bar and it depends on if it's a single pie or a series of pies. Should probably allow generic eCharts override first as quicker wider solution https://github.com/timestored/pulseui/issues/209
