Support other pool types on Osmosis #184

The current implementation doesn't support the concentrated liquidity pools. We want to support them, and need to investigate and better understand what are the new parameters to be used to do so (cfr. OutpostProvideLiquidityConfig). The outpost-osmo-liquid-pooler contract almost certainly has to be updated (in addition to the osmo-liquid-pooler contract).
