Bug fixes #55

Fixed 2 bugs discovered in the version:

  1. previous account version was not able to query if a sender is a service, because the query result was changed in the new version, I reverted the query back.
  2. The rebalancer was still telling the accounts to send funds to the auction even if there are no trades to be done by the account.
